This lively event gives you the chance to connect with fellow first-time attendees, meet and mingle with the ESPA Board of Directors, and enjoy a fun, engaging start to the conference. Packed with activities and conversation, the reception sets the tone for meaningful connections throughout the event. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Optional Sunday Sightseeing Tours – Experience the fun and excitement of Arlington

National Medal of Honor Museum

Entry between 2:00-4:00pm

A self-guided tour exploring these true stories about those who have received the Medal of Honor. A celebration of the human spirit, the National Medal of Honor Museum honors the inspiring lives and legacies of ordinary Americans who took extraordinary action in the service of others. (A walk from the hotel. Wear comfortable walking shoes for this tour!)

AT&T Stadium VIP Tour

2:30-4:30pm

With small group sizes and additional tour stops, the VIP Guided Tour is the ultimate AT&T Stadium tour experience. Our knowledgeable tour guides will ensure you leave AT&T Stadium with a wealth of facts & figures. (A walk from the hotel. Wear comfortable walking shoes for this tour!)

Explore the Fort Worth Stockyards

2:30-5:00pm

Once home to cowboys, cattlemen and outlaws, today the Stockyards National Historic District is one of the most popular attractions in Texas. Day and night, visitors come to the Stockyards to get a taste of the true American West. Begin your journey on Exchange Avenue, where the weathered brick streets are lined with historic buildings, restaurants, shops, saloons and other attractions—including filming locations from shows like 1883 and Walker, Texas Ranger featured on the Stars of the Stockyards self-guided tour.

The Old West comes to life before your eyes during the world's only twice-daily cattle drive presented by the Fort Worth Herd. Real Texas cowhands drive a herd of Texas longhorns down East Exchange Avenue every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Every detail of the cattle drive, from the saddles and chaps to the boots and hats, is authentic and historically true. (Bus transportation will be provided.)
